Delilah’s Story
Delilah’s story could have ended before it really began.
As a lamb, she was found alone after being attacked by a predator. Her injuries were so severe that her tail couldn’t be saved.
You’d never know it now.
She moves through the sanctuary with confidence, curiosity and just the right amount of attitude. There’s an elegance about her, but also a toughness that comes from overcoming more than most.
Together with Matilda, she’s always off exploring. Delilah is proof that what happens to us doesn’t have to define us. Healing doesn’t erase the past. It simply makes room for joy again.
